Social Writing in Classrooms: Development of Critical Thinking in Adolescent Students

Abstract
Study explores the pattern of development of critical thinking in adolescent students with participation in a social writing pedagogy. Vygotskian concept, Zone of Proximal Development is employed as the theoretical framework of the study. Results indicates that critical thinking develops in three domains i.e. reasoning, self- reflection and critical actions.
