Abstract

The present study is a combination of vignette based experiments and real/quasi-experiments that examines help expectations and actual helping behaviour in non-emergency situations among 692 Indians using Chi-square and regression analysis. This research is helpful in understanding and enhancing altruistic tendencies in day-to-day life situations.
