Who Is Talking: Does Gender of Client Vs. Therapist Play a Role in the Therapeutic Alliance?

Through a developed coding system we have studied effects that gender has on whether a client will return to therapy and how their non-verbal cues match up to another. We have determined that there is a difference in males and females amount of time talking from first to fourth sessions.
