Women's Rape Myth Acceptance: Predictions from Life History Strategy

Abstract

This study predicted that Life History Strategy is related to Rape Myth Acceptance. We found a significant relationship between Life History and Rape Myth Acceptance scores for females, F (1,131) = 6.074, p = .015, with an R2 = 0.044, but not for males (p > .05).
