Assessing the Effects of Cultural Competence Versus Cultural Humility Towards Learner’s Performance in Developmental Settings in South Africa.

Abstract
The article`s aim was to assess the effects of competence vs humility towards learner`s performance in schools. The study was a qualitative case study. Data was collected from 4 multicultural schools, through interviews with teachers and learners. Findings: Cultural humility emerged as a key for improving learner`s performance in schools.
