Recent Breakthroughs in the Study of Psychological Momentum
This symposium describes the importance of studying psychological momentum and to demonstrate the critical role it plays in shaping everyday judgments, decisions, and behaviors. The speakers argue that the phenomenological experience of pursuing goals may shape performance outcomes just as much as the means by which those goals are pursued.
