This symposium consists of four presentations evaluating the potential role parental stress and psychopathology in the development of adverse childhood health outcomes. Presenters will evaluate unique, and potentially complementary, etiological frameworks for the transmission of risk from parents to children. Presenter and audience discussion will focus on implications for intervention.
