Relationships represent cultural models of self-other connections, affecting adjustment, health, and mental health. This symposium addresses cultural influences on relationship processes relevant for health and well-being using diverse samples from European, Asian, and Latino American backgrounds. Employing multi-methods, the four studies provide new critical insights about culture and relationship science.
