Adolescence is dynamic period of ongoing brain, cognitive and interpersonal growth that is also a highly vulnerable period for the development of serious mental illness. This proposed symposium will focus on recent biological, cognitive and clinical approaches that are advancing our understanding of mechanisms underlying the development of psychotic disorders.
