Participants’ Perceptions of Psychosocial Interventions and Outcomes: Do People Want What They Need?
How do individuals perceive interventions that may benefit them? The degree to which individuals find evidence-based interventions acceptable and/or perceive them favorably may vary in meaningful ways. This symposium will examine relationships between individuals’ perceptions of interventions and outcomes, and propose ways in which participants’ perspectives may inform intervention delivery.
