The Promise of Continuous, Unobtrusive Sensing Technologies As Assessment and Intervention Tools in Mental Illness

Friday, May 26, 2017 · Boston, MA

Methodology

The ubiquity of mobile devices allows for collection of unprecedented amounts of data from individuals’ daily environments. These data open up exciting opportunities for ‘social sensing’, or the continuous, unobtrusive recording of social behavior. This symposium will cover recent research applying these cutting-edge technologies to mental health assessment and treatment.
