The Evolving Social Dynamics of Work
Social relationships among coworkers and supervisors have been credited with a major role in establishing psychological connections with work. This symposium considers both supportive and strained relationships in the context of contemporary worklife, drawing upon research in North American and Australia. Implications for theory are explored.
