Beyond Extinction: Novel Behavioral Interventions for Fear
Anxiety disorders are common and debilitating. Exposure therapy is the treatment of choice, but a substantial number of people fail to benefit or experience a return of fear after treatment. Our symposium comprises new experimental studies on four novel behavioral interventions that target fear memory to reduce fear.
