Advancing Issues in Motivation Intensity Research: Determinants and Cardiovascular Correlates of Effort

Friday, May 26, 2017 · Boston, MA

General

Recent decades have shown expanded interest in the intensity dimension of motivation – effort. The interest has been driven largely by a theory of motivation intensity advanced by Jack Brehm. The present symposium will showcase new work inspired by this theory, focusing on mental contrasting, listening, and behavioral restraint.
