Psychometric Approaches to Address Challenges in Psychological Science
This session will present examples of how modern psychometric methods can be used to improve power and reliability in psychological research, advance our understanding of psychological constructs, and test specific psychological theories. We illustrate with examples of suicidality, externalizing psychopathology, and post traumatic stress disorder.
