Cultural Perspectives on Judgment and Decision-Making: Beyond Individualism and Collectivism
One cannot fully understand judgment and decision-making devoid of cultural contexts. This symposium illuminates the culturally dynamic shaping of judgment beyond the individualism-collectivism dimension. Four speakers challenge preconceived motivations underlying cultural differences and highlight newly studied cultural nuances to enrich our understanding of the culture-JDM intersection.
