Abstract

Employee attachment, often characterized in terms of commitment and turnover intentions, has consistently been linked to the relationship between a leader and subordinates. The present study explicates that relationship by demonstrating the indirect role of resource perceptions (means-efficacy) in the relationship between leader trust and support and employee attachment.
