Abstract
This study examined if teen dysregulation was associated with diabetes outcomes in teens with poorly controlled type 1 diabetes and if diabetes-related family conflict was a mediator of those associations. Our findings suggest that management of family conflict will be critical to promoting diabetes health in youth experiencing greater dysregulation.
