Abstract

This study examined effect of acute aerobic vs. Resistance vs. Aerobic-resistance exercise bout on cognition and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in ten healthy, physically active and/or training subjects age 27.9 +/- 8.1 yrs. Subjects performed three acute exercise sessions at 30 minutes a each.
