Individuals Who Are More Planful Exhibit Decreased Levels of Social Anxiety in Older Age

Keyword: AgingAbstract: While planfulness and anxiety are negatively correlated in children, it remains unclear whether this holds in adulthood. We recruited 168 participants who completed self-report assessments of anxiety and planfulness. Our preliminary results suggest that individuals who were more planful exhibited moreless anxiety in older age.
