Keyword: StressAbstract: This study examines cognitive performance in young adults (18–23 years) with a history of collision/contact sports compared to peers in non-contact sports and non-athletes. Athletes in collision/contact sports showed reduced executive function, expressive language, and processing speed. Results emphasize early intervention and preventative strategies for sports-related brain health.
