Poster Session IX
Saturday May 24, 2025 (16:00 - 17:00 ET)
Keyword: Studying and LearningAbstract: We examined how supplemental VR learning activities affect students’ (N = 211) intrinsic motivation and cognitive workload compared to a real world learning activity and a non-learning control. Results indicate virtual supplemental activities may provide a more motivating environment for student learning without increasing the cognitive demand of the task.
