Keyword: Personality TraitsAbstract: We investigated how personality traits predict academic dishonesty and success in undergraduates. Motivation to cheat to succeed academically (Unmitigated Achievement) and Self-Centered Impulsivity factor scores on the Psychopathic Personality Inventory-Revised (PPI-R) predicted cheating behaviors. Triarchic Psychopathy Measure (TriPM) Boldness and Meanness factor scores and Unmitigated Achievement together predicted academic self-efficacy.
