Keyword: SuicideAbstract: Multilevel modeling of ecological momentary assessment data (3,232 observations) from 40 participants with Anorexia Nervosa (AN) or Atypical AN (AAN) showed that thwarted belongingness and perceived burdensomeness significantly predicted future suicidal ideation. No significant differences were observed between diagnoses, suggesting that AN and AAN demonstrate similar patterns of suicidality.
