Poster Session IX
Saturday May 24, 2025 (16:00 - 17:00 ET)
Keyword: Cultural DiversityAbstract: We examined the psychometric properties of the Color-Blind Racial Attitudes Scale using item response theory and multigroup confirmatory factor analysis in 4 samples (N = 4010). Results supported a bifactor structure. Invariance held across gender but not race, revealing differential item functioning, particularly between Black and White participants.
