Keyword: MotivationAbstract: Two MLR analyses were applied to data from a sample of 107 US truckers employed during COVID-19. The instruments evaluated how intrinsic motivations interacted with each other and predicted resilience. The results indicated that autonomy significantly influenced meaning and competence, most remarkably predicted resilience.
