Keyword: Mood DisordersAbstract: Anxious individuals are thought to exhibit an attention bias toward threatening stimuli. This study investigates whether attention bias assessed pre-treatment using an eye-tracking task associates with social anxiety symptom improvement in a randomized controlled trial of attention bias training+CBT. Results show no significant associations between attention bias and symptom reduction.
