Keyword: PsychopathologyAbstract: This study highlighted the importance of considering child-parent discrepancies, particularly for anxiety, in understanding ADHD-anxiety comorbidity. Ninety-three children/adolescents and their parents were recruited. Conners2 and MASC3 self/parent reports measured the ADHD and anxiety scores. Mediation analysis indicated that child-parent discrepancies in anxiety scores significantly mediated the ADHD-anxiety relationship in children/adolescents.
