Keyword: OtherAbstract: This study explores how work-family-school conflict predicts discrepancies between perceived and actual physical activity (PA) among student workers. Overestimation of PA is positively associated with recovery, which in turn enhances work outcomes. These findings suggest that individuals’ subjective perceptions of PA have a greater impact on recovery than objective measures.
