Keyword: PsychopathologyAbstract: Women of menopausal age experience various psychological and physical symptoms, including vasomotor symptoms of hot flashes. This study assesses the relationship between baseline mental disorder diagnoses and later hot flashes severity. As hypothesized, panic attack, not depression or anxiety, were significantly associated with hot flashes.
