Keyword: Studying and LearningAbstract: Resilient adolescents show enhanced self-regulation, which contributes to better learning outcomes. However, little research explores how they perceive and apply self-regulated learning (SRL) strategies. This qualitative study aims to investigate this gap, hypothesizing that resilience and SRL develop together. Findings may inform trauma-informed educational practices.
