Keyword: Attention and DistractionAbstract: Two studies (Ns = 89, 61) investigated participants' visual patterns when evaluating hypothetical leaders following contextual cues. They also elevated individuals’ attitudes toward dominant and mixed leaders and increased gaze-following of these leaders.
