Keyword: Attention and DistractionAbstract: We assessed three aspects of subjective multitasking in college students: habits, preferences, and self-perceived abilities and evaluated relationships among these measures and between these measures and objective and subjective cognitive abilities. The three facets were distinct, sharing unique relationships with other factors, but failed to predict college students’ academic success.
