Abstract: The relations between solitary cannabis use, coping motives, and mental health outcomes were examined in 69 emerging adults (46.8% male, M_age = 23.1) from a U.S. sample. No significant associations were found between solitary use and depression or anxiety, and coping motives was not found being a mediator.
