Keyword: Mindfulness and MeditationAbstract: This study is designed to evaluate the impact of a mindfulness curriculum on academic achievement, academic self-efficacy, growth mindsets, and well-being in middle school students with disabilities under IDEA. Student perceptions around mindfulness will be considered. Students will complete a pretest and post-test to determine the impact on these constructs.
