Keyword: Mood DisordersAbstract: Using multivariable linear regressions, an HIV diagnosis was significantly associated with greater depressive symptoms across cognitive, somatic, affective, anhedonia, and apathy domains while controlling for covariates. These depressive domains were differentially associated with various HIV disease characteristics among people with HIV, highlighting the importance of domain-specific approaches to studying depression.
