The 2027 APS Annual Convention will be held on May 27-30, 2026, in Seattle, Washington at the Hyatt Regency Seattle hotel.

Located in the heart of the Emerald City, Hyatt Regency Seattle is the largest hotel in the Pacific Northwest, offering modern guestrooms, expansive meeting space, and multiple dining options. Hyatt Regency Seattle is centrally located in downtown Seattle, close to Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and the Seattle Center, and is also within walking distance of the Seattle Waterfront. The hotel’s dining options include Daniel’s Broiler Prime Steaks & Seafood, Andare Kitchen & Bar, and Market for quick bites. BEWARE OF HOUSING SCAMS!

Don’t Be Fooled by “Housing Pirates”

Companies that phone, fax, or email attendees and exhibitors claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms are commonly referred to as “housing pirates” or “housing bandits.” They may falsely claim to be affiliated with APS. Please do not share your credit card information with any of these companies. APS will not call you regarding hotel reservations and has not asked any hotels or other companies to do so. 

If you are contacted by one of these “housing pirates,” please contact APS at [email protected] and include any relevant information that you have, such as company name, phone number, etc.

Hosting the APS Convention in any city comes with logistical and financial limitations. When selecting locations for the Convention, APS must agree to fill a designated number of hotel room nights proportionate to the meeting space required to accommodate the program. Each night that our attendees stay in the host hotel helps APS meet these commitments, allowing us to hold the convention and keep registration costs low for attendees. If APS does not achieve a minimum number of hotel room nights, the organization will incur financial penalties, which will increase registration fees for future Conventions. We ask that you support APS by staying in the designated Convention host hotel.

• Triple – $244.00 per night
