Nearby Airports

Seattle’s public transportation system is well-developed and covers the city and surrounding areas via light rail, bus, and streetcar.

Note: All walking times and distances below are measured from the Hyatt Regency Seattle hotel. For details and real-time information, visit the official King County Metro webpage and soundtransit.org.

  • The bus network is operated by King County Metro. The closest stops are Olive Way & 8th Ave, Howell St & 9th Ave, and Olive Way & 6th Ave, all within a 2–6 minute walk of the hotel.
  • Sound Transit Link Light Rail is accessible via Westlake Station, about a 13-minute walk, with service through downtown Seattle to Sea-Tac Airport and beyond.
  • The Seattle Streetcar’s South Lake Union Line stops at Westlake Ave & 7th Ave, about a 4-minute walk from the hotel.
  • Washington State Ferries connect to Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, and other Puget Sound destinations. A hotel shuttle to Piers 66 and 91, where the ferries depart, picks up from the Bus Loading Zone on 8th Ave outside Andare.
