Proposal Guidelines
Do not submit complete manuscripts unless invited to do so. However, proposals for a paper are welcomed. Submit a 2 page description of the proposed paper, a list of possible citations, and the name and address of 4-5 OBJECTIVE potential reviewers. Objective means that the list should exclude former mentors and teachers, current colleagues, and collaborators. Proposals should be submitted using SAGETrack (Scholar One Manuscripts) through Manuscript Central. (Please do not send by US mail.) Guidelines for writing the full paper can be found here.
