It can be tough to keep up with dietary trends. Like eating eggs: good for you or bad? But one thing is certain. Taking a multivitamin is a healthy choice. Isn’t it? Not necessarily. These studies are hick science at best. Did they control for supplement purity? It’s too expensive to have pure product. Most on the market are junk but the issue is there are supplements that are pure and have what they say the have. Why don’t you distinguish this fact? It makes you look like you are being paid by the drug companies.
