All attendees at ICPS must register and pay the appropriate registration fees. Registration gives full access to ICPS, including Keynote addresses; Integrative Science Symposia; skill-building workshops; all symposia, poster, and educational sessions (unless otherwise noted); and all coffee breaks and receptions (unless otherwise noted). Name badges and ICPS materials will be issued on-site at the registration desk.

Belgian VAT
The European Union value added tax (VAT) is a value added tax on goods and services within the European Union (EU). The Standard VAT rate of 21% will be added to your registration order upon purchase.
Registration Payments
APS strongly encourages online payment for registration via credit card or ACH. However, we recognize that in some cases you may need to pay via check or wire transfer. To pay by check or wire, you will register online but indicate an offline payment. Please make checks payable to the Association for Psychological Science, in U.S. Funds and drawn from a U.S. bank and mailed to “Association for Psychological Science, 1800 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Suite 402, Washington, DC 20036-1218, USA, Attn: ICPS Registration.” For wire transfer instructions, please contact the APS Accounting Team at accounting@psychologicalscience.org. Registration payments must be received in advance of the conference. APS will not accept cash payments either at the convention or in advance.

Early-Bird Discount
Register before 31 January 2023 and save with early-bird rates. Regular registration rates are available 1 February – 1 March. Registration rates increase after 1 March.
APS Member Discount
Current APS membership is required to be eligible for member rates.
Reduced Rates for APS Members in Developing Countries
Reduced ICPS registration rates are available to all APS Members in countries defined as low and lower middle income by the World Bank. These rates are automatically applied during the ICPS registration process. If you are not already an APS Member, reduced membership dues rates are available to scientists in countries defined as low and lower middle income. These are automatically applied during the membership join process. See the APS membership page for more information.
Groups Attending ICPS
APS will offer discounted registration rates for groups of 10 or more people. Please contact icps@psychologicalscience.org for information on group discounts.

Pre-Conference Teaching Institute
The pre-conference Teaching Institute takes place on Thursday, 9 March 2023 and requires an additional fee. The pre-conference Teaching Institute features talks from leading experts in the research and application of empirical approaches to teaching psychological science, as well as a poster session. Cancellation and Refund Requests
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by 15 February 2023; no refunds will be issued after 15 February 2023. A refund of the ICPS fee, minus 30%, will be given for cancellations received by 15 February 2023. Substitutions are accepted prior to ICPS up until the regular registration deadline of 15 February 2023. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Submit all cancellation and substitution requests to the APS Meetings Department via email at icps@psychologicalscience.org.
COVID-19 Refund Policy: If you have tested positive for COVID-19, are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or have been exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days prior to ICPS, you are asked to cancel your attendance and will be issued a refund for your registration fee minus 30%. Please contact icps@psychologicalscience.org to request a refund.
