Abstract
Most psychedelic users surveyed had intentions of improving general mental health. Nearly half reported using psychedelics either to treat a medical condition or to manage past trauma.
Most participants who indicated conditions reported psychedelic-related improvements, in conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, addiction, bipolar disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
