Measuring Negative Mental Health Outcomes of Racial Discrimination across Business Industries

This study measures the mental health outcomes associated with race-based
discrimination in the workplace via survey research methodology to evaluate three
self-reported data points: workplace environment and previous interactions in the
workplace, existence of a depressive disorder using PHQ-9, and the existence of an
anxiety disorder using GAD-7.
