Monetary Decision-Making and the Magnitude Effect

Abstract

The presence of the magnitude effect within the Monetary Choice Questionnaire (MCQ) was examined using obtained individual discounting rates to create individualized questions across magnitudes. The magnitude effect was observed, with high discounters showing greater sensitivity to the effects of magnitude.
