Abstract
Diabetes is a pervasive health epidemic that is disproportionately affecting minorities across the nation. This study proposes an intervention to introduce culturally-relevant diets among Hispanic/Latinx individuals. This year long study will aim to understand the appeal of culturally-relevant diets as opposed to American diets and attrition rates.
