Vermal Volume As a Predictor of Verbal Working Memory in Children with RD and/or ADHD

Abstract
Because the posterior vermis has been implicated in verbal working memory, we predicted that gray matter volumes in this area would predict Letter-Number sequencing scores. While posterior vermal volumes differed significantly between children with RD, ADHD, and typically developing controls, these volumes did not significantly predict Letter-Number sequencing scores.
