Since its inception in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the world in which we work and live. This study will investigate the impact of COVID-19 on work-family enrichment and prosocial behavior. The researchers expect to find a significant impact of the pandemic on levels of enrichment and prosocial behavior.
