Abstract
We evaluated whether virtual mental health services were associated with increased consumption/attendance rates for consumers, and whether individuals/families at lower SES consume less service with virtual protocols as compared to in-vivo service. Results indicated increased consumption of service for individuals/families, with both Medicaid and private insurance, with virtual service provision.
