Abstract
While addressing cognitive biases associated with anxiety is shown to improve symptoms, the underlying mechanisms through which cognitive biases influence anxiety requires investigation. This study aims to test the relationship between mindfulness and attention bias. Participants will be randomly assigned via survey software to either control or brief mindfulness conditions.
