Abstract
We propose to survey crisis line call-takers to: (a) examine various call-taker (e.g., resilience, burnout), work-involvement (e.g., number of weekly shifts), and organization-related (e.g., supports) variables during the pandemic, and (b) identify significant predictors of three aspects of burnout (i.e., emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, decline in personal accomplishment).
